U.3 high-performance storage media are used in industrial servers and data centers for fast data processing. This unique technology combines NVMe speed and flexibility with an interface that supports SATA, SAS and PCI Express for seamless integration into various storage environments.
With the T443 U.3 NVMe series, ICP Germany is expanding its portfolio in the enterprise class. The T443 series follows the U.3 standard in 2.5” format and supports the PCI Express 4×4 generation.
The T443 series relies on 3D TLC NAND flash memory (eTLC) and a powerful ECC algorithm called Low-Density Parity Check (LDPC). End-to-end data protection, wear leveling, bad block management and AES 256-bit encryption ensure and improve data reliability and protection.
The Power Guard function, also known as Power Loss Protection, which maintains the function of the SSD in the event of an unexpected power failure until all data in the buffer has been written to the flash cells, should also be emphasized. Both the thermal design of the housing and the dynamic thermal throttling process ensure that the SSD remains cool.
Capacities of 1,920 GB, 3,840 GB and 7,680 GB are available. Read speeds of up to 7000MB/s and write speeds of 6,800MB/s are achieved by the T443. With an MTBF of 2,500,000 hours and a drive write per day (DWDP) of 1, the T443 U.3 series meets the requirements for regular, intensive write loads as well as long-term and continuous availability.
