Automate UK has secured vision sector specialists Tim Dawson and Jonathan Sparkes as Keynote Speakers at its upcoming exhibition for automation, robotics and machine vision, Vision UK.
Dawson, VP of Research, and Sparkes, Market Analyst for Interact Analysis, the market intelligence authority for global technology research, will deliver powerful insight to assist attendees making sound, sustainable strategy decisions to align with their corporate growth goals.
Vision UK, formerly the Machine Vision Conference, the country’s leading machine vision exhibition from UKIVA, has been combined with Automation UK 2025 to bring the latest products, insights and expertise to one integrated event to benefit the machine vision, automation and robotics sectors, taking place at the Coventry Building Society Arena on 7-8 May 2025.
Organised by Automate UK, the event provides exhibitors and visitors a prime opportunity to network with their peers, showcase state-of-the-art technology solutions and benefit from the insight and knowledge shared by a host of expert guest speakers, with Dawson and Sparkes’ seminar on the development of the UK machine vision market being a keynote event on both days of the show.
Scott McKenna, Chief Operating Officer of Automate UK, said: “We are committed to bringing as many exhibitors, innovations, speakers and networking opportunities as possible under one roof. In light of this year’s event being combined with Automation UK, we have two dedicated theatres for the machine vision industry and we are delighted that Tim and Jonathan have agreed to be Keynote Speakers for both show days.
“Their presentation will explore the UK machine vision market, highlighting factors that are supporting the growth of the market, including emerging industries and applications, and will give attendees a preview of the results set to be unveiled in a new report prepared by Interact Analysis on The UK Vision Market, copies of which will be made available to UKIVA members,” he added.
Further expert speakers at the exhibition include Nathanial Hoffman, Market Product Manager at SICK UK and Alexander Krotov, Technology Team Lead at Scorpion Vision.
Scott added: “We are proud of the diverse itinerary of insight and knowledge we have to share with visitors at Automation UK 2025 and to ensure they get the most from the event, we’ve begun a series of pre-show webinars, bringing together industry experts to discuss key challenges, emerging trends, and practical solutions that can enhance efficiency, competitiveness and aid business growth.
