LUCID Vision Labs to Unveil Cutting-Edge Machine Vision Technology at Automatica 2025

LUCID Vision Labs, Inc., a leading manufacturer of advanced industrial vision cameras, is set to showcase its latest innovations at Automatica 2025, Europe’s premier trade fair for smart automation and robotics. The company will be exhibiting in Hall B5, Booth #508, where attendees can explore developments in 3D imaging, high-speed data transfer, and high-resolution machine vision.

Precision 3D Time-of-Flight Imaging for Automation

LUCID will spotlight its Helios2 3D Time-of-Flight (ToF) camera series, designed for accurate depth sensing in industrial applications such as robotics, bin picking, and automated logistics. Engineered with IP67 protection and sub-millimetre accuracy, the Helios2 line-up is built for harsh operating environments.
The exhibit will feature both the Helios2 Narrow, optimized for precision tasks with a 31° x 24° field of view, and the Helios2 Wide, offering a broader 108° x 78° perspective, highlighting the system’s adaptability for various material handling and sorting workflows.

High-Speed Imaging with Triton10 and RDMA Technology

Also on display is the Triton®10. LUCID’s 10GigE camera equipped with Remote Direct Memory Access (RDMA) technology, which enables ultra-low latency, direct-to-memory image transfer. Compatible with GigE Vision 3.0, the Triton10 supports multiple streaming modes, including 10GbE, 5GbE, 2.5GbE, and 1GbE, ensuring seamless integration across diverse systems. Its rugged IP67-rated housing, Power over Ethernet (PoE), and 17-pin M12 GPIO connector make it suitable for demanding industrial applications.

Pushing Resolution Limits with the Atlas Series

LUCID will also debut updates to its Atlas camera series, known for marrying high-speed connectivity with ultra-high-resolution sensors. The Atlas10 features the 45 MP XGS45000 sensor from onsemi, delivering exceptional detail with 10GigE bandwidth. Meanwhile, the Atlas25, equipped with the 24.5 MP Sony IMX530 sensor and 25GigE interface, is engineered for applications that demand both speed and image quality, such as automated inspection and precision metrology.

Visitors to Automatica 2025 will have the opportunity to engage directly with LUCID’s experts and see live demonstrations of these technologies in action.

LUCID Vision Labs will be exhibiting at Hall B5, Booth #508 throughout the event.
