ICP has unveiled the QBIP-N97A, an ideal 3.5” entry-level board which offers a variety of interfaces, good CPU performance for medium-duty tasks, a compact height for easy integration and a heatspreader cooling concept.
The Intel® Alder Lake N97 processor offers sufficient performance on its four processor cores with a turbo frequency of 3.6 GHz. Up to 16GB DDR5 SODIMM memory can be installed on the socket. An M.2 2280 with M-Key, an M.2 2230 with E-Key and a Mini PCI Express slot are available for expansion.
In terms of interfaces, the QBIP-N97Aoffers two HDMI, LVDS, SATA, two USB3.2, four USB2.0 ports, various audio jacks, 2W speaker out, one RS232/422/485 with 5V and 12V ring in pin, one RS-232/422/485, two RS-232 interfaces, 8bit GPIO and SMBus.
An onboard TPM module is also included as standard. The QBIP-N97A can be operated with an input voltage of 12V~36V DC and can be used in an ambient temperature of 0°C to 60°C. On request, ICP Germany can supply the mainboard with suitable industrial memory and storage media.
