LUCID will be exhibiting three new cameras at ITE 2019 (International Technical Exhibition on Image Technology and Equipment) from December 4th-6th in Yokohama.
The show is the largest Japanese exhibition of cutting-edge machine vision technology, where LUCID will be showcasing its latest GigE Vision cameras for a wide range of industrial applications.
New Triton 2K Line Scan camera featuring IP67 for industrial applications
The Triton line scan camera is the newest addition to the Triton series, featuring the “2K AMS Dragster DR-2k-7” monochrome line scan sensor with a 7 μm pixel size and a resolution of 2048 x 1 at a line rate of 60 kHz. Additional features such as IP67 protection, a robust M12 Ethernet GPIO connector, Power over Ethernet (PoE) and a wide temperature range (0°C to 55°C ambient), ensure a reliable operation in challenging industrial environments. The Triton line scan camera is ideal for a wide range of applications such as automated optical inspection, material sorting & grading, character recognition and pharmaceutical inspection.
High precision Helios 3D Time-of-Flight camera with Sony’s DepthSense ToF sensor
Helios is a compact, high precision, industrial 3D camera that integrates Sony’s new DepthSense™ IMX556PLR back-illuminated ToF image sensor. The camera delivers 640 x 480 depth resolution up to 6m working distance using four 850nm VCSEL laser diodes. On-camera processing provides range, intensity and confidence data which reduces the need for expensive host system components. Up to five modulation frequency channels allow for multiple Helios cameras to operate simultaneously in the same space without interference. A robust design with an M12 Ethernet connector and up to 100m cable length make the camera ideal for a variety of factory and warehouse environments. Helios was recognized with a “gold-level” award by Vision Systems Design Innovators Award program earlier this year.
Atlas GigE Vision camera – High speed and high resolution in a compact size
The award-winning Atlas camera is designed for applications requiring high bandwidth and high resolution in a compact size. Featuring reliable data transfers over 5GBASE-T, Atlas supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) that simplifies integration and reduces cost. The Atlas camera ranges from 5.0 to 31.4 megapixel and offers the latest Sony Pregius image sensors including the third generation Pregius. Despite its compact 55 x 55 mm size, Atlas supports large format APS-C image sensors and features Active Sensor Alignment for superior optical performance.
