In the last few months, Mech-Mind Robotics has launched the revised generation of Mech-Eye PRO cameras and two new 3D cameras: the laser-based LSR L and the UHP-140 for high-precision applications.
Both the revised PRO S and PRO M as well as the new LSR L 3D camera from Mech-Mind Robotics are characterised by their high stability and ambient light resistance, which guarantee precise results even under difficult lighting conditions. The new LSR L, which was specially developed for robotic applications with a large field of view, also has an RGB sensor for detecting coloured objects and creating coloured point clouds.
With the Mech-Eye UHP-140, the specialist for AI-assisted 3D vision solutions and 3D cameras is expanding its portfolio with a 3D camera for high-precision applications in the micrometre range. With an accuracy of 0.03 mm, the UHP-140 is the perfect solution for applications where ultra-high accuracy is required. All Mech-Eye 3D cameras are CE, FCC and VCCI certified and now also fully compatible with GenICam 3.0 and GigE 2.1
The MECH-EYE PRO S + M combine high accuracy with fast scanning speed. Mech-Eye PRO cameras can handle demanding picking applications and high-precision assembly. The 100% improved ambient light resistance* guarantees reliable performance under difficult lighting conditions and helps save costs since shading is only needed in rare cases. The compact size and low weight allow flexible mounting options and enable excellent results even in tight spaces.
